Production Worker

Become part of a well-established metal shop in Dayton, MN, known for its excellent reputation with both customers and employees. We are seeking driven metal production workers to join our team. This position features a rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts and offers additional pay through shift differentials.

Location: Dayton, MN

Schedule:

Rotating 12-hour shifts
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday

Hours and wage:

9:00 AM - 9:00 PM | $19/hr.
9:00 PM - 9:00 AM | $20/hr.

Job responsibilities of the metal production worker:

Mount and remove metal parts from racks
Place and remove parts in the furnace
Smooth and finish metal surfaces through grinding and polishing
Wash and examine completed parts for quality
Prepare and pack metal components for shipment

Job requirements of the metal production worker:

Pass Pre-employment drug and background check
Ability to stand for long periods
Capable of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly
Steel-toe boots required
