Wage: $18.00/hr. (Finishers) | Up to $20.00/hr. (Machine Operators)
Higher rates available for candidates with Delta Mod Tech, Zund, or Preco experience!
Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Thursday & 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM | Friday

Duties of the precision equipment operator:
- Operate high-speed presses, rotary die cutters, and guillotine cutters
- Perform secondary finishing like assembly, gluing, taping, and lamination
- Work with industrial rubber, plastics, and graphite (no metals)
- Inspect custom parts for medical, aerospace, and electronics industries
- Complete production paperwork and document quality data
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Remove finished parts from material sheets (detabbing) and label products
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team to meet production deadlines
Requirements of the precision equipment operator:
- ITAR Verification (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) is mandatory
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude with a desire for long-term growth (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift
- Basic math, measurement, and computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and blueprints
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a loud, custom job-shop environment
- Note: Prior experience in standard warehouse, CNC, or injection molding is typically not a direct fit for this specific technology.
