Location: Bloomington, MN

Wage: $18.00/hr. (Finishers) | Up to $20.00/hr. (Machine Operators)

Higher rates available for candidates with Delta Mod Tech, Zund, or Preco experience!

Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Thursday & 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM | Friday

Duties of the precision equipment operator:

Operate high-speed presses, rotary die cutters, and guillotine cutters
Perform secondary finishing like assembly, gluing, taping, and lamination
Work with industrial rubber, plastics, and graphite (no metals)
Inspect custom parts for medical, aerospace, and electronics industries
Complete production paperwork and document quality data
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
Remove finished parts from material sheets (detabbing) and label products
Collaborate with a tight-knit team to meet production deadlines

Requirements of the precision equipment operator:

ITAR Verification (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) is mandatory
High school diploma or GED
Mechanical aptitude with a desire for long-term growth (training provided)
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift
Basic math, measurement, and computer skills
Ability to read and interpret instructions and blueprints
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a loud, custom job-shop environment
Note: Prior experience in standard warehouse, CNC, or injection molding is typically not a direct fit for this specific technology.
