Manufacturing Operator

Location: Edina, MN

Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon – Thu) & 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Fri)

Wage: $18.00/hr. (Finishers) | Up to $20.00/hr. (Machine Operators)

Candidates who have experience with Delta Mod Tech, Zund, or Preco would be considered for a higher starting rate!

Duties of the Manufacturing Operator:

Operate die-cutting and lamination machinery
Perform assembly, gluing, and labeling tasks
Shake parts free from material skeletons
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
Complete production documentation and paperwork
Perform basic machine maintenance
Handle rubber and plastic industrial materials
Troubleshoot machine and quality issues

Requirements:

ITAR Verification (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of manufacturing experience
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to read instructions and blueprints
Comfortable in a loud shop environment
