CNC Swiss Machinist - Day Shift

Twin City Staffing is seeking a precision-focused CNC Swiss Machinist for a first-shift role in the Minneapolis area. Join a premier manufacturer producing critical high-tolerance components in a clean, modern shop environment.

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Wage: $25.00 – $38.00/hr.

Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Thursday

Duties:

Execute complex machine setups and layouts
Operate CNC Swiss lathes for high-tolerance parts
Perform 1st article inspections for quality assurance
Troubleshoot production processes in real-time
Select tooling and perform basic maintenance
Document inspection data per quality standards

Requirements:

5 years of CNC Swiss manufacturing experience
2+ years of previous setup and layout experience
Strong blueprint reading and math aptitude
Familiarity with GD&T and SPC elements
Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
