Twin City Staffing is hiring production wood assembly workers for a growing manufacturing company in the Cambridge area! This is a great opportunity for dependable, hands-on individuals who enjoy building products and want a steady schedule with safety bonus incentives included.

Location: Cambridge, MN

Wage: $19.00/hr. (2nd Shift)

Hours:

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday – Thursday)
Occasional Friday overtime available

Responsibilities of the production wood assembly position:

Assemble wood products using blueprints and specifications
Operate hand tools such as nail guns, hammers, and measuring tools
Ensure accurate cuts and proper alignment of materials
Move lumber and finished products throughout the facility
Keep up with production goals on the assembly line

Requirements of the production wood assembly position:

Reliable transportation
Steel-toed boots required
Basic English communication skills
Bring your own hammer
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. regularly
Ability to read a tape measure
