General Laborer / Builder

Twin City Staffing is hiring a general laborer / builder for a manufacturing facility in Forest Lake. This second-shift opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and being part of a fast-paced production environment.

Location: Forest Lake, MN

Pay: $19/hour

Schedule: 2nd shift | 4:30 PM – 4:30 AM | Monday – Thursday

Duties of the general laborer / builder:

Assemble wood trusses, wall panels, and framing components
Measure, cut, and position lumber using drawings and layouts
Operate hand tools, nail guns, saws, and shop equipment
Read and use a tape measure accurately
Work on your feet in a production setting under a covered facility
Maintain safety, quality, and production standards

Requirements of the general laborer / builder:

Framing or construction experience helpful; training available
Ability to read a tape measure
Comfortable using nail guns and saws; training available
Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for the duration of a 12-hour shift

PPE / Dress Code:

Work boots or safety shoes required (steel toe not required)
Safety glasses and cut-resistant gloves provided

Tools to Bring:

Framing hammer
25' tape measure
Utility knife
