Twin City Staffing is looking for a hardworking wood assembly / laborer to join a fast-paced, growing production team in Cambridge! This is an immediate-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and building tangible products. Apply today!

Location: Cambridge, MN

Wage: $18.00/hr. (1st Shift) | $19.00/hr. (2nd Shift)

Hours:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday – Thursday)
Occasional Friday overtime available

Duties of the wood assembly / laborer:

Build high-quality wood products using blueprints
Use nail guns, hammers, and tape measures
Align and cut materials with precision
Transport lumber and units across the shop floor
Maintain production speed on the assembly line
Keep the workspace organized and hazard-free

Requirements of the wood assembly / laborer:

Reliable transportation
Steel-toed boots
Consistent punctuality and dependability
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Provide your own hammer for daily use
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. regularly
Proficiency reading a tape measure
