On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Remote Telephone Interviewers to support a research study for the state of Indiana. As a Remote Telephone Interviewer, you will collect feedback regarding various health and community services that state agencies provide. This opportunity is a part-time position starting at $16/hour and continue quarterly in 2025. 
 
This study, on behalf of Indiana Medicaid, conducts telephone interviews with recipients (beneficiaries) of long-term care and home-based services through Indiana’s PathWays for Aging program. The interview asks about beneficiaries’ experiences regarding various aspects of their services in order to ensure quality of care, as well as improve services.
