About the Role
- This is an exciting opportunity for a savvy digital marketer with experience in Digital Optimization (CRO, A/B testing, segmentation, audience targeting, web personalization). This role requires a deep understanding of Adobe Target, front-end development skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- The Digital Optimization Manager will support the North America regional optimization team in planning and developing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns. You'll help optimize digital objectives by leveraging cross-channel data and insights. The role requires tailoring content and experiences to user preferences, and hands-on technical development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and related tools.
- This individual will also partner closely with Digital Marketing, Regional Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Technology, Ad-Tech, Content Marketing, Creative Services, and Marketing Strategy & Operations teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Continuously assess and enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Ideate, create, and maintain Adobe Target activities (A/B tests, multivariate tests, personalized experiences).
- Develop and maintain custom Adobe Target code, including Web SDK and other libraries.
- Integrate Adobe Target with marketing technologies like Adobe Analytics, Launch, and CDP.
- Collaborate with Marketing Technology, Analysts, and Designers to execute personalized and testing initiatives.
- Enhance user engagement and drive business growth via tailored experiences.
- Stay current on Adobe Target features and optimization best practices.
- Document Adobe Target implementations and processes.
- Contribute to the development of a scalable testing and personalization framework.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality.
- Plan and execute tests to optimize landing pages, CTAs, layouts, and content.
- Leverage analytics and usability findings to prioritize test opportunities.
- Organize and communicate test results effectively.
- Maintain a testing and personalization campaign roadmap supporting Adaptive Planning.
- Work across Marketing to implement optimization campaigns.
- Scale optimization programs regionally, including localization coordination.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on experimental design, success metrics, and test durations.
- Execute and monitor optimization campaigns, share findings, and recommend next steps.
- Support optimization operations including planning, idea intake, testing, reporting, and forecasting.
Basic Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Optimization.
- 3+ years of front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- 2+ years of hands-on Adobe Target experience (implementation, configuration, analysis).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Target features (visual experience composer, automated testing, AI/ML).
- Deep understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Functional experience with Adobe Optimization tools (Target, Analytics, CDP, Experience Manager) or comparable technologies.
Other Qualifications
- Understanding of behavioral analytics tools (e.g., ContentSquare, Hotjar).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple tests and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with KPIs, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking.
- Effective multitasker with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Jira and Workfront is a plus.
