Shift:1st, 2nd &3rd shifts available!
Pay: $18-$23 per hour

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking an  Assembler to join our team in Grand Haven. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping assemble quality products that support our customers and keep production running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:

• Product Assembly: Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

• Quality Checks: Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet company specifications and report any defects or issues.

• Production Support: Work closely with team members to keep production lines running smoothly and meet daily production goals.

In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workstation while following all company safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required

• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Skills

Attention to Detail: Ensures products are assembled correctly and meet quality standards.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with coworkers to meet production goals.

Basic Mechanical Aptitude: Comfort using basic hand tools and following assembly instructions.
