ComResource is looking for a ServiceNow HAM/SAM Analyst.

We need someone to assist in managing software asset lifecycle practices to ensure compliance and process standardization.

Responsibilities:

• Standardize discovered software asset data for consistency.
• Develop and maintain inventory of approved software in ServiceNow.
• Create and manage software entitlements and ensure license compliance.
• Support the design and rollout of software validation processes.
• Implement audit mechanisms and reporting frameworks for process compliance.

Essentials:

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
• Proven ability in software normalization and entitlement processes.
• Familiarity with discovery tools and data reconciliation practices.

Desired:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with ITIL and software licensing models.
