Job Description:

We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused individuals to join our production and warehouse team. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily manufacturing and warehouse operations for a plastic container production facility. The ideal candidate must be comfortable performing physically demanding work, operating production equipment, handling materials, and assisting with general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities

Assist in the production of plastic containers by operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment.
Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines.
Stack, palletize, wrap, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
Inspect products for quality and report any defects or production issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities as needed.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and production standards.
Support machine setup, basic troubleshooting, and production changeovers when required.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Perform general warehouse labor and other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and reach throughout the entire shift.
Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment, including exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, machine operator, material handler, or production experience preferred.
Experience operating production machinery is a plus.
Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to safety and quality.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time position.
Overtime may be required based on production demands.
Warehouse and manufacturing environment producing plastic containers and packaging products.
