Requirements of position
 
  1. 1-2 + years’ experience in procurement and sourcing
  2. Proven proficiency with MRP/ERP systems.
  3. Proficient knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas-VLOOKUP- Pivot Tables) 
  4. Efficient organization and time-management skills
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  6. Bilingual English/Spanish.
 
 
Responsibilities of position
 
JOB DUTIES
  1. Process purchase orders, expedite, and ensure orders are confirmed in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain and evaluate inventory levels as necessary to meet demand and to reduce E&O.
  3. Resolve availability issues.
  4. Track orders to ensure promise dates are met.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors. Evaluate them and conduct QBR
  6. Provide resolution on the status of any supplier delivery or quality issues to internal customers.
  7. Process RMA requests with vendors in a timely manner
  8. Maintain awareness and understanding of department key deliverables and how buying decisions impact those deliverables.

$21-$22 per hour
