Pay Rate: $21/HR - Based on experience Location: Hialeah, FL Press Brake Operator / CNC Press Brake Operator We are currently hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Brake Press Operator with experience in metal fabrication, blueprint reading, and CNC press brake machine operation. Press Brake Operator Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines Perform accurate bending and forming of metal parts using a press brake Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and templates Work with tight tolerances and precision measurements Plan sequence of operations for efficient production Select proper dies, tooling, and methods for various press brake operations Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a safe and clean work environment Assist with additional manufacturing and production duties as needed Qualifications for the Press Brake Operator Position: Prior experience as a Press Brake Operator, Brake Press Operator, or CNC Machine Operator required Experience in metal fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing preferred Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and quality control Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Good communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to assist in other areas of production when needed Ability to pass a drug test and background check Preferred Experience: CNC Press Brake experience Manufacturing and fabrication experience Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment Sheet metal and fabrication shop experience
