Requirements of position
Fulfills, quality checks, packages, and ships all phone, fax, and website orders accurately, efficiently. Must be able to speak, read and write in English. • Assembles product ensuring highest quality and accuracy • Meets and exceeds company standards and productivity goals on a consistent basis • Consistently follows standard operational procedures • Consistently demonstrates a sense of urgency and an action-oriented attitude to achieve results • Communicates solutions, suggestions, and ideas to management in order to continually improve our products, service, and operations • Actively participates and supports company safety and security standards at all times • Cross-trains with other department members for maximum flexibility
Responsibilities of position
Strong attention to detail Ability to read and understand various documents, forms, and reports. Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Effective communication skills Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude Able to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language. Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and leadership. Must be able to maintain accuracy with attention to detail while multitasking
