TITLE:  HELPDESK TECHNICIAN
LOCATION: HACKENSACK, NJ
 
Seeking a Help Desk Technician for our client’s Hackensack, New Jersey office. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
 
JOB SUMMARY:
 
The position involves providing technical assistance for hardware, software, and mobile devices, supporting video conferences through Teams and Zoom, maintaining equipment inventory, and documenting support activity in the Firm’s ticketing system. The role requires adherence to established procedures, strong documentation discipline, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
