Traveling Superintendents-Upchurch Mechanical

We are seeking a Traveling Superintendent (Sheet Metal) to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Operating Region:

Southern USA
TX, FL, MS coverage.

Schedule

Target work week: 4x10s + 2x8s

Travel & Perks

Solo hotel provided
Per diem: $40–$70/day (based on market)
Truck or truck allowance + gas card
Driving record will be reviewed

Tools & Technology

Must be comfortable with tech on site (tablets for drawings, etc.)
Must have experience with Procore
Familiarity with BuildOps is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Interface directly with clients
Order materials
Manage manpower
Run multiple jobs when needed
Projects like schools, hotels, commercial grade/heavy commercial jobs

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
