Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are searching for Warehouse Operations Specialist in Charlotte, NC for a leading warehouse distribution facility in Charlotte, NC. We have available positions supporting shipping and receiving, assembly, and inventory ensuring the continuous and accurate movement of product delivering high-quality products in accordance with customer specifications.

Shifts & Pay

Shipping: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | \$15.00/hr.
Assembly: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | \$17.00/hr.
Inventory: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM | \$15.50/hr.

Available Positions

Shipping & Receiving

Prepare and package outgoing orders
Load/unload trucks and verify shipment accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized shipping area

Assembly -

Perform one-line assembly of electrical components
Follow safety and quality standards
Work efficiently to meet production goals

Inventory -

Receive and stock incoming materials
Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Organize warehouse shelves and bins

Requirements

Must have a stable work history (minimal job hopping)
Previous hands-on experience in role working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Comfortable with both heavy and light lifting
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Steel-toed boots/shoes required; additional PPE provided
