Sterling Engineering is actively recruiting for multiple openings within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment in the Milpitas area. We are seeking candidates with hands-on technical experience who are interested in growing their careers within advanced manufacturing and engineering operations. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Engineering Technicians
Test Technicians
Debug Technicians
Facilities Technicians
Process Engineering Technicians

What We’re Looking For:

2–3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, production, or technical operations
Experience troubleshooting, testing, debugging, or supporting manufacturing equipment/processes
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Ability to work in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Associates degree or technical training is a plus, but not required for all roles

Preferred Backgrounds Include Experience With:

Electronics assembly or manufacturing
Test equipment and diagnostics
PCB troubleshooting and repair
Production support and process improvement
Facilities or equipment maintenance within manufacturing environments
