Production Team Lead - All Shifts

We’re Hiring! Our key client is hiring and looking to add Production Team Leads to their team. Please check the description below and reach out to us for more details if you are interested.

Available Shifts:

Weekday Shift, Day Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm @ $19.50/hr.
Weekday Shift, Night Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00pm to 5:30am @ $21.50/hr.
Weekend Shift, Day Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 6:00am to 6:00pm @ 22.50/hr.
Weekend Shift, Night Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 6:00pm to 6:00am @ 23.50/hr.

***Temp to Perm with PTO, Benefits and Pay Increase***

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinates, facilitates, and directs the daily activities of hourly manufacturing Associates.
Set up the production line to the specification of the customer’s order and work closely with various departments to ensure that parts are manufactured according to customer’s specifications.
Make sure that appropriate parts and quantity of parts are being run according to production schedule.
Communicates any safety, quality, and/or production related issues with Supervisor or appropriate management representative.
Coordinate housekeeping activities in the area.
Provides necessary training for new associates and documents said training.
Identify, investigate, and resolve delays in the shift
Work with Supervisor and other leaders to identify and address inefficiencies
Other duties as assigned

Skills/Abilities:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Thorough understanding of operations policies and practices.
Excel/ERP (Hand Scanner is a plus)
Computer Skills (Basic Outlook, Word, and Excel knowledge) GP a plus.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Must be able to stand, walk, push, bend and/or squat for 10+ hours a day.
You must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. at a time.
Regularly perform repetitive tasks
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to work in an office environment, including looking at screens for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work in a manufacturing facility environment.
Applicant must be at least the age of 18 to be considered for this role.
