General Laborer

Our client is growing like crazy, and we are hiring new folks for our team! We’re currently seeking Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role plays a key part in packaging operations and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work as part of a team in a dynamic production setting.

Shift Schedule:

Day shift: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Night shift: Monday–Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Pack dry goods and finished products according to production standards.
Assemble boxes and packaging materials as required.
Use a glue gun to secure packaging and product components.
Place products onto production lines for processing and packaging.
Assist with general assembly line responsibilities as assigned.
Work additional hours as needed to complete production orders.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
At least 18 years of age.
Must be able to perform repeated bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a production environment.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
