Maintenance Technician (12 Hour Shifts - DAYS & NIGHTS)

Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: St. Louis, MO

Shift: 12hr. Day & 12hr. Night Shifts
Pay: $32-35/hr.

Hire Type: Direct Hire

Bonus: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus (payable at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year in $500 increments)

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to help keep production equipment and facility operations running efficiently. This is a hands-on role supporting machinery, systems, and general facility needs in a safety-first environment. Both day and night 12-hour shifts are available, working 3 days one week and 4 days the next.

Job Duties:

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
Assist with general building maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, repair, or mechanical systems
Proficient with hand and power tools
Willingness to work 12-hour day or night shifts and occasional overtime
Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude
