This Assembly Specialist position is a 1st Shift position that works a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am – 5:30pm.

Job Summary: Assembles a wide variety of component parts, subassemblies and units following standard work procedures. Detail oriented, basic hand tools (zip tie cutters, wrenches, screwdrivers), some lifting, ladder and platform work.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- View, study and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, or sketches.
- Listens to verbal instructions from designated trainer/leader.
- Read parts list. Obtains correct parts for work steps and collecting items
- Assembles components based on drawings, engineering specifications, manufacturing documentation and/or standard work procedures. Interpret measurements and verifies specifications.
- Checks for part defects; cleans, adjusts and replaces parts as needed to ensure a quality product.
- Inspects work as steps are performed and completes quality check checklist
- Troubleshoots assembly issues
