As a Membership Sales Associate, you’ll support the studio’s daily flow, making sure every guest feels seen, heard, and supported from the moment they walk in, to the moment they float out. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Educate new visitors about services and membership options
- Support studio operations including laundry, light cleaning, and room prep between sessions
- Answer questions and help clients book appointments using studio software
- Promote monthly membership options and convert walk-ins into loyal members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the studio
- Assist with retail sales and restock products as needed
- Collaborate with team members and studio leadership to create a strong guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, wellness, or membership sales roles preferred
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident demeanor
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate scheduling or POS systems easily
- Flexible availability—some mornings, evenings, and weekends required
- Interest in wellness or fitness environments is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Schedule:
- Schedule will be issued weekly; shift times may vary slightly depending on studio needs.
- AM Shift: 6:30AM – 12:30PM
- Mid Shift: 11 AM – 5PM
- PM Shift: 3:30PM – 9:30PM
Pay Rate:
- $15/Hour + Commissions
