We are seeking skilled and experienced Foreman Electricians with expertise in commercial construction. The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, with a strong focus on working with conduit pipe and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial construction projects.
• Work with various types of conduit pipe, including EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
• Perform wiring, grounding, and panel installations according to code requirements.
• Test electrical systems and components for safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Ensure all work meets NEC (National Electrical Code) and local regulations.
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA guidelines.
• Crew Supervision: Oversee a crew of electricians and apprentices on the job site. 
• Quality Control: Inspect work for code compliance and quality standards.
• Material Handling: Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and used properly
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license. (Varies by State)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial electrical work.
• Extensive experience working with conduit pipe and electrical installations.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background check.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with fire alarm systems, lighting controls, and emergency power systems.
• Ability to operate power tools and testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
