Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers across the organization. This is a full-time, contract opportunity to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while influencing hiring strategy and process excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, candidate communications, reference checks, offer development, and onboarding transition
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
- Provide expert guidance on recruiting strategy, talent market trends, candidate evaluation, and compensation alignment
- Develop and refine job descriptions, screening criteria, interview guides, and evaluation tools
- Conduct resume reviews and recruiter screens to assess qualifications and overall fit
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, candidate preparation, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and strong process management
- Manage offer processes in collaboration with People Experience, Finance, and hiring leaders
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-volume, niche, and hard-to-fill roles
- Leverage diverse sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and direct outreach
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in a high-volume, internal Talent Acquisition function
- Experience recruiting for Project Managers, Engineers, Scientists, Private Equity, and corporate roles
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM platforms (ADP preferred)
- Strong talent assessment and interviewing capabilities
- Proven ability to translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies
- Excellent relationship management skills with a strong customer service mindset
- Sound judgment and confident decision-making ability
- High attention to detail with exceptional follow-through
- Comfort navigating ambiguity while delivering timely results
- Process-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders

- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced, and process-driven environments
Salary Range
$45.00-$53.00/hr
