We are currently seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our team in Midlothian, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing licensed adjusters across the country who possess the experience and qualifications necessary to support our property claims operations. Your primary focus will be on building a reliable and responsive network of professionals to assist with a wide range of property claim needs, ensuring we have the right people in the right places when they are needed most. Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years of Recruiting or Administrative experience
• Must have experience with multi-line phone system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to type 50 wpm
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Experience in Insurance industry is a plus

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation:  $20.00-$25.00/hour
