Position Overview
Chase Doors, a division of Seneca Holdings, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Oven Powder Room Associate to join our production team. This role is responsible for supporting the powder coating process, ensuring products are properly coated, cured, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare materials and components for the powder coating process
Load and unload parts into ovens safely and efficiently
Monitor oven temperatures and curing times to ensure quality standards are met
Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Assist team members and supervisors as needed to meet production goals

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods
Dependable with a strong work ethic

Schedule

Monday - Friday
2:30am - 11am (1 needed)
10:30am - 7pm (2 needed)
6:30pm - 3am (1 needed)

Compensation

$21 per hour for approximately 90 days -long term potential
