Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Construction Millwright to join our team. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems in a construction or manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment used in construction or manufacturing settings
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks, such as using raw steel to create custom products (e.g., conveyors or boxes)
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure and cut materials with precision, ensuring adherence to layout specifications
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications
- Travel in and out of Oregon as required for various project locations
Requirements
- Must be local to Central Oregon.
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License (ODL) required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen (excluding marijuana)
- Reliable and dependable with the ability to work all scheduled hours
- Ability to travel in and out of Oregon as necessary for job assignments
Desirable Attributes
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with welding and fabrication (e.g., creating products from raw steel).
- Ability to read and interpret a tape measure accurately
- Layout skills for determining bolt placement and hole sizing
- Experience reading blueprints
- 4-5 years of experience in a construction or manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to make decisions and judgments in the moment
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Take pride in your work and consistently produce high-quality results

Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $30-35 per hour
- Overtime: Paid after 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and weekends
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Up to two weeks per year
