Lube Technician

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our service team. As a Lube Tech, you will be responsible for performing basic maintenance services on customer vehicles, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and vehicle care. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services
Inspect vehicle fluid levels, belts, hoses, and tire pressure
Check and replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs as needed
Assist service technicians with vehicle inspections and light repairs
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the service bay area
Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members
Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures and safety standards

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
