Porter

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Maintenance Porter to assist with property maintenance tasks during our maintenance supervisor's leave. This temporary role offers the possibility of becoming long-term, though it will remain part-time if extended. Salary for this position is $20 hourly.

Responsibilities:

Deliver notices to tenants as needed.
Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs (no ladders or power tools required).
Clean common areas, including two laundry rooms and community spaces.
Ensure the property remains clean and organized.

Requirements:

Ability to complete assigned tasks independently.
Attention to detail and reliability.
Comfortable with a temporary assignment, with the potential for extension.
