Job Title: ERP Manager
Location: Middletown, NY
Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 annually

Seeking an experienced Manager of ERP Systems to lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related platforms. This role is key to driving operational efficiency, system scalability, and data integrity across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations across Business Central and related applications (Tigunia, ExtensionIT, Zoho CRM, Extensiv WMS)
• Serve as system administrator, overseeing configuration, performance, user access, and issue resolution
• Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into system solutions and ensure strong user adoption through training
• Drive reporting accuracy, system improvements, and ongoing optimization of ERP workflows and data management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus
• 5+ years of ERP experience, including 3+ years with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or NAV implementations
• Strong experience with ERP integrations and third-party applications; exposure to Tigunia, ExtensionIT, Zoho CRM, or Extensiv WMS preferred
• Proven project management skills with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
