Technical Program Manager ( AI/ML)

Our client is an established digital media and technology company focused on delivering trusted knowledge and learning tools to a global audience. With a long history of innovation in content and education, we are now expanding our efforts to include more advanced, AI-powered solutions across our platforms.

They are hiring a Technical Program Manager to help drive our AI-related initiatives across product and engineering teams. This individual will manage complex technical projects, improve collaboration between teams, and ensure they are building scalable and impactful AI features. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.

Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Remote – U.S. Based Only

Salary Range: $130,000 – $135,000

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning and execution of AI and data-driven projects, ensuring clear timelines and smooth delivery across multiple teams.
Coordinate daily workflows using agile processes, including team meetings, sprint tracking, and backlog organization.
Set up reporting methods and tracking tools to evaluate performance, outcomes, and overall project health.

Requirements

3+ years of experience leading technical programs, particularly in AI, data, or software-related environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work in engineering, product, and analytics teams.
Hands-on experience with agile tools and practices, plus a solid understanding of AI concepts and how they apply to real-world use cases.
