The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Housing Construction Specialist on behalf of our client, a leading personal injury and civil litigation law firm in Fort Mill, SC, this organization provides legal representation to clients in matters such as auto accidents, workers’ compensation, and wrongful injury claims. It is committed to advocating for clients’ rights through thorough case preparation, strategic negotiation, and courtroom representation. In this role you will be responsible for supporting real estate transactions by preparing and reviewing legal documents, coordinating closings, and ensuring all files are accurate and compliant with state regulations. You will communicate with clients, lenders, and attorneys to gather required information, resolve issues, and maintain timelines. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced legal environment.
Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success
- Review residential closings to ensure compliance with SC and NC law, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and outstanding client experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, lenders, and brokers, representing the firm with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Participate in local networking, marketing, and outreach efforts to expand the firm's client base and enhance its presence in Fort Mill and surrounding communities.
- Work closely with paralegals, staff, and firm leadership to ensure efficient operations and a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance service quality, and support firm growth initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
- 2+ years of experience working as a paralegal, specifically in real estate law.
- Strong knowledge of real estate terminology, practices, and legal concepts.
- Knowledge and use of Qualia required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- HUD/ALTA Preparation/Revisions/Balancing with lender/Balancing Register, etc.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
