At our chemical manufacturing facility, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Packaging Mechanic to join our team. As a leading producer of a variety of industrial and specialty chemicals, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the specialized machinery and equipment used in our packaging processes. Your expertise in machine repair will be essential in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on packaging equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery, identifying and resolving problems quickly
- Carry out repairs and replacements of malfunctioning components
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain optimal efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of machine repair procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Certification or training in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred

Working Conditions:
This position will be based at our chemical manufacturing facility and may involve exposure to various physical demands, such as lifting, bending, and working in a production environment. A flexible schedule, including the potential for overtime, may be required to ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks.
