Job Summary
Performs production tasks safely and efficiently while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Essential Duties
- Follow work instructions, safety rules, and GMP standards
- Support production goals set by the Shift Coach
- Operate and maintain production equipment (forklift as needed)
- Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitary
- Collect product samples and perform basic quality checks
- Complete required documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Able to work in a food manufacturing environment
- Previous food manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Basic math and recordkeeping skills
Physical & Work Requirements
- Prolonged standing, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs)
- Ability to work around machinery, chemicals, and solvents
- Work environment may be hot, cold, dusty, or humid

- Forklifts and material handling equipment
- Basic office equipment (computer, calculator)
