EarthCraft Landscaping is hiring a Landscaping Sales Specialist.
This position, based in Indiana, PA, includes a competitive base salary between $55,000 to $65,000 annually plus opportunities for commission. We also offer:

Requirements for our Landscaping Sales Specialist:
- 1+ years of professional work experience in landscape installation and paver/wall construction, including a basic understanding of estimating what is required to complete that work;
- 1+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success;
- Is able to be tobacco-free during work hours and support our tobacco-free workplace;
- Understands technology and can demonstrate computer proficiency;
- Possesses a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation;
Preferred Requirements for our Landscaping Sales Specialist:
- A degree in a related field;
- Experience working directly with homeowners in a design-build landscape and/or hardscape company;
- Possesses knowledge of ornamental plants;
- Understands the construction techniques required to build segmental walls and paver patios.
Responsibilities for our Landscaping Sales Specialist:
- The Landscaping Sales Specialist’s chief responsibility is to drive sales. As such, they must own the sales process from prospecting to close, with a focus on meeting sales goals.
- The Landscaping Sales Specialist will perform on-site consultations with residential clientele, listening actively to identify the client’s pain points, needs, and budget, while building trust and rapport through honest and educated feedback.
- Great solutions start with great vision! The Landscaping Sales Specialist will envision creative yet practical ideas that meet our clients’ expectations and are aligned with their budget.
- EarthCraft’s internal sales support team is strong, and will assist the Landscaping Sales Specialist with the designing, estimating, and proposal processes. The Landscaping Sales Specialist is responsible for providing good data, communicating clearly, setting clear expectations, and effectively managing deadlines.
- The Landscaping Sales Specialist is responsible for communicating a clear vision and clear expectations to the client, and ensuring the vision is properly executed by our skilled installers.
- If problems or client changes occur mid-project, the Landscaping Sales Specialist will collaborate with the installers and sales support team to solve the problems and communicate with the client.
- We love continual improvement! The Landscaping Sales Specialist is encouraged to think critically about the sales process, to find ways to improve both the internal systems and the client’s experience.
- The Landscaping Sales Specialist will receive incoming leads, and will also generate additional leads by networking within the community, developing strong relationships with clientele and referral partners.
- The Landscaping Sales Specialist will perform other related duties as assigned.
