Landscaping Sales Representative at Great Oaks Landscaping

We have an excellent opportunity for a Landscape Sales Representative focused on design/build, hardscape and holiday lighting projects. As our Landscape Sales Representative, you will be responsible for follow up on incoming leads to generate sales of small to mid-size landscape projects. This includes development of estimates and building client relationships to close the sale. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to generate sales throughout the North Shore area with a focus on high end residential properties.

This full-time, year around role, is based at our office in Zion, IL. This location is easily commutable from the northern suburbs of Chicago and from areas just over the Wisconsin border. The salary range for the Landscape Sales role is a base of $80,000 - $85,000 plus commission with an earning potential up to $125,000. In addition, the role is eligible for our benefits package including health care, simple IRA, paid time off, paid holidays, use of a company vehicle during the days and a cell phone stipend.

Requirements for role include:

3+ years of experience in landscape sales, including enhancement, hardscape and landscape sales experience;
2+ years of experience creating estimates for small to mid-size landscape projects;
A passion for sales and meeting client needs;
Strong communication skills;
Valid drivers’ license with a clear motor vehicle report.
