We are passionate about landscape design, hardscaping, plant installations, irrigation, pool construction, and outdoor lighting for our clients.

We have an exciting opportunity for a career & growth-minded Landscaping Project Manager to join our team. This role will lead our team members to ensure high-quality outcomes on installation and design build projects.

Our Landscaping Project Manager position offers a total compensation of $75,000 - $85,000. We offer a full benefits package including health and dental insurance, PTO (10 days), paid holidays (8), 401(K) and 401(k) matching, retirement plan, profit sharing and bonus program. Requirements for the Landscaping Project Manager:

3+ years of experience in enhancement and landscape project management with a broad knowledge of landscape design and construction;
Previous project management experience, including experience working with multiple installation projects simultaneously;
Basic knowledge of materials and labor costs;
Ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities of Landscaping Project Manager:

Formulating and administering long-range plans for all jobsites;
Developing and communicating the monthly, weekly, and daily schedules;
Managing labor hours and materials to ensure profitability;
Rotating job sites to ensure high standards of safety and quality workmanship are established and maintained;
Overseeing the timely and accurate procurement of material deliveries & equipment requirements as needed;
Managing the change order process to ensure that no work goes unbilled;
Tracking, analyzing, and leveraging data to improve results of the project.
