Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bending Machine Operator to support metal fabrication operations in Arlington, TX. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining bending machines to produce metal components that meet precise specifications. The ideal candidate has strong blueprint reading skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate bending machines (e.g., press brakes) to form metal parts to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
Adjust machine settings, tooling, and parameters to achieve accurate bends
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Required Experience

Experience operating bending machines, press brakes, or similar metal fabrication equipment
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

Nice-to-Have Experience

CNC press brake operation experience
Experience with metal fabrication tools and measuring instruments (calipers, gauges)
Prior experience in a high-volume production setting

Required Skills (Top 3 Must-Have)

Blueprint reading and interpretation
Press brake or bending machine operation
Machine setup and adjustment

Preferred Skills

CNC machine operation (press brake programming/setup)
Knowledge of metal properties and bending techniques
Use of precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)

Workplace safety and OSHA compliance awareness

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (On-site)
