Join Regal Staffing Services – Shipping/ Receiving Specialist in McKinney, TX

We are seeking a Shipping/ Receiving Specialist to join our team! Responsible for managing all incoming/outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery to support company operations.

Pay & Schedule

$20.00 to 22.00/hr DOE
1st shift 6am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do

Receive and verify shipments, prepare items for delivery.
Schedule and coordinate freight carriers.
Enter shipping/receiving data into Chempax system.
Inspect shipments for accuracy/damages.
Maintain inventory of shipping supplies.
Operate forklift/hand truck as needed.
Support cycle counts and inventory control.
Accurate documentation and timely shipments.
Meeting freight cost and delivery goals.
Effective communication with managers and freight carriers.

Requirements

High School diploma required; Associate’s in Business/Logistics preferred.
3–5 years shipping/receiving experience (manufacturing/chemical/logistics preferred).
Knowledge of DOT/IATA regulations for hazardous goods.
Strong math, reasoning, and computer skills (Excel, Word, MRP systems).
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs; mix of office and plant environment.
Background check & drug screen required
