Executive Assistant
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays)
Pay: $90-100K
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support five executives in a fast-paced business environment. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication, and advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to 5 executives, including calendar management and scheduling
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and executive schedules
- Manage emails, phone calls, and incoming requests on behalf of leadership
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
- Maintain organized files, records, and documentation
- Assist with special projects and daily operational tasks
Executive Assistant Qualifications
- Previous Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work 6 AM – 6 PM with occasional Saturdays
