Die Setter/ Process Machine Operator, Up to $20/hr – Troy, MI

Are you an experienced Die Setter/ Process Machine Operator looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company? Do you have industry experience operating and running plastic injection molding machines? If you have die setting experience and can drive a forklift, this could be the job for you!

Qualifications:

Previous experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing
Ability to operate and run plastic injection molding machines
Die setting and/or process experience (die setting preferred)
Forklift experience with ability to obtain certification
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Skills:

Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints
Knowledge of various plastics and molding processes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production environment
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable and team-oriented

As a Die Setter/ Process Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating injection molding machines, performing die changes, monitoring quality, and ensuring efficient production. You will also assist with process adjustments and material handling as needed.
