Quality Inspector/Technician, $21/hr Clinton Twp MI

Are you interested in working for a local state-of-the-art plastic mold shop in the medical & automotive industries? Then look no further! Workbox Staffing is hiring for an experienced Quality Inspector in Clinton Twp!

Qualifications:

At least 1 year quality assurance job experience.

Familiar with Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Skills:

Ability to use digital calipers, vision systems, scopes, CMMs and other inspection equipment, as needed.

Perform accurate inspection and testing of products (e.g., dimensional, visual, workmanship, product cleanliness, etc.)

Ability to read and write in English.

The Quality Inspector/Technician will be responsible for the inspection of small medical parts used in doctors office and surgery instruments, trimming flash also checking for any defects. The QI will assist with activities that support the manufacturing of components and to assure compliance with established quality standards (internal, industry, customer).
