Assembler: Freeport, Illinois

Our customer in Freeport, Illinois is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Assembler to work full-time on 1st shift. In this role, you will assemble drinking fountains, bottle-filling stations, and water coolers by following work instructions and quality standards to help produce products used by people around the world.

Responsibilities of the Assembler:

Assemble components and products according to written and verbal work instructions.
Build multiple models by completing assigned tasks at designated workstations.
Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and efficiently.
Adhere to all safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
Work independently and as part of a larger team to meet production goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Assembler Requirements and Qualifications:

Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read and understand written and verbal work instructions.
Ability to adhere to safety and quality standards.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay for Assembler: $18/hour.

Type: 1st Shift, Full-time.

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 3:30pm. Overtime as needed, including weekdays until 4:30pm and occasional Saturdays from 6:00am – 11:00am.
