Team Lead

Regal Staffing Services of Arlington has immediate Production Lead employment opportunities for a manufacturing company located in the Arlington, TX 76011 area.

The Production Leads will oversee machine operators and line operations, focusing on quality, on-time delivery, efficiency, safety, and team training.

Pay: $18–$22/hr (DOE)
Shifts:

1st: 8:00am–4:15pm (Mon–Fri)
2nd: 4:00pm–12:15am (Mon–Fri)
3rd: 12:00am–8:15am (Tue–Sat)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean, safe work area
Communicate across shifts and support team coordination
Ensure proper materials and processes are in place
Monitor scrap and drive corrective actions
Train staff and enforce company guidelines

Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED
2+ years of lead experience (preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work OT as needed
Experience with lean manufacturing and production equipment
