Commercial Lines Account Manager – Small to Mid-Market Accounts
Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 base pay plus benefits
Hybrid, Remote or In-Office | Must have EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 experience
Are you a proactive insurance professional with a strong commercial lines background and a passion for delivering exceptional client service? We’re seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team that values precision, expertise, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a book of small to mid-sized commercial P&C accounts, ensuring timely renewals and service excellence.
Provide consultative support and guidance to clients on coverages, claims, and policy changes.
Market and quote new business and renewals, leveraging carrier relationships and online rating tools.
Collaborate with underwriters and producers to ensure optimal coverage and pricing.
Maintain organized, accurate client records and documentation for compliance and renewals.
Address and resolve coverage questions, billing inquiries, and other service issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
5–10 years of commercial insurance experience, preferably within an independent agency setting.
Active Property & Casualty license required.
Experience using EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 is a must.
Industry designations (CIC, CRIS, CPCU, etc.) are great.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
