Executive Assistant / Administrative Professional
Location: On-Site, Pittsburgh, PA 15224 (Lawrenceville area)
Hours: Shift: Monday – Friday, either 6:30 am – 3:00 pm or 7:00 am – 3:30 pm to coincide with clinical environment
Status: Full-Time/Permanent - Direct Hire as an employee of the Company with access to full benefits
New Hire Starting Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour (Based on experience)
After-Hire Earning Potential: Your compensation grows as you do. The Company offers incremental, performance-based pay increases tied to job experience and technical proficiency. While initial offers are based on current experience, successful team members have the opportunity to reach an earning ceiling of $32.00 per hour through the internal advancement structure.

Executive Assistant / Administrative Professional
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in high-pressure environments and possesses the refined organizational skills necessary to manage complex operations behind the scenes.
Mandatory Requirements

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive administrative experience, demonstrating a history of increasing responsibility and professional growth.
- Technical Proficiencies: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory, including:
- Word: Advanced formatting and document creation.
- Excel: Data management, formulas, and reporting.
- PowerPoint: Designing professional, board-ready presentations.
- Access: Maintaining and navigating database records.
- Outlook: Advanced email management and calendar synchronization.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations and executive leadership.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
Primary Responsibilities
- Expert Calendar Management: Serve as the primary gatekeeper, managing complex professional calendars, scheduling high-level meetings, and coordinating intricate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Administrative Strategy: Provide high-level support by preparing detailed reports, managing correspondence, and ensuring all administrative functions align with organizational priorities.
- Documentation & Data: Draft, edit, and finalize professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operational Liaison: Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and professional representation of the executive office.
