Shift: Availability: Must be flexible and available for any shift. Daylight and evening shifts are typically 8 or 10 hours; overnight shifts are 10 hours. Includes rotating weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Growth
- Starting Range: Up to $23.15/hr (Commensurate with experience)
- Long-Term Potential: The position offers a growth ceiling of up to $32.01/hr. This maximum rate is the target for established employees achieved through continuous learning, internal advancement, and sustained professional development.

Key Responsibilities
- Transport Coordination: Efficiently schedule and coordinate medically necessary and non-emergency patient transportation in accordance with established policies.
- Emergency Call Processing: Receive and process emergency incoming calls, medical command reports, and hospital condition codes with high precision.
- Clinical Communication: Facilitate medical command requests between paramedics and physicians, ensuring all data is accurately documented in the dispatch system.
- Facility Monitoring: Monitor hospital alarm systems, address security requests, and perform hospital operator duties during overnight shifts.
- System Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and transport logs within the specialized CAD system.
Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Experience: Current or prior EMS or healthcare experience is required.
- Licensure: Current EMT or Paramedic certification is required.
- Technical Skills: Must possess strong computer skills and the ability to maintain accuracy while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for relaying critical medical information.
