About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic industrial recruiter, a true people connector, who thrives on making meaningful matches between talent and opportunity. As a People Connector at The Vision Companies, you’ll source, engage, and place candidates for light industrial and skilled trades roles across top-tier companies in MN and beyond. From full-cycle recruiting to coaching candidates and collaborating with clients, you’ll drive impact and fuel success with every placement.
What You'll Do:
- Build relationships that go beyond résumés
- Source and place candidates in light industrial and skilled trades
- Sell job opportunities with passion and purpose
- Conduct interviews (in person + virtual), assessments, and job coaching
- Collaborate with clients to improve recruitment strategies
- Manage your desk like a business and own your results
You Bring:
- 1+ years of recruiting experience (manufacturing is a plus)
- Passion for people, growth, and making an impact
- Strong communication, negotiation, and tech skills
